How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders over $75. Below that the rate is worked out at checkout by weight and destination, and you see it before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Within 2 business days of the order landing. Our own line and the Outfitters racks ship from Nashville, and tracking goes to your inbox the moment the label is made. Cowboy hats ship free, straight from the maker, in 3 to 4 business days in the continental U.S.
How do I return something?
Write to help@steelandsaddle.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you want to do. We'll send instructions. The piece has to come back unworn and unwashed with the tags still on.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. You buy the return label, we handle the rest and refund the item in full once it arrives back with us. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, same 30 day window and the same condition. Tell us the size you want when you write in and we'll hold it while your return is on its way. If you're unsure which size, the size and fit page has the real measurements.
How long does a refund take?
We refund within a couple of business days of the return arriving. After that it is your bank's timeline, usually another 3 to 5 days before it shows up.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. If you want one and you're overseas, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can work something out.
Can I pick up in store instead?
Come to Marathon Village, right outside downtown Nashville, and buy it off the rack. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 10 to 4, Friday and Saturday 10 to 4:30, closed Monday and Tuesday.
