Pick your hat. Felt cowboy hats in brown, silver belly, black and buckskin, plus straw hats for the summer. Try them on until one fits like it was waiting on you.
Brand it. Every cowboy hat you buy from us, in the shop or online, gets the iron, free. A little smoke, a little sizzle, and the mark goes in for good.
Make it yours. We shape the brim to the way you wear it. Full customization runs $40: a ribbon band made by hand right here in the shop, pins and the small touches that make a hat nobody else has.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open. Coming with a big group? Send the group form above so we're ready for you.
How much does it cost to brand a cowboy hat?
Branding is free with any cowboy hat you buy from us. Full customization, with a ribbon band made by hand in the shop and the small touches, is $40.
Do you shape hats?
We shape the brim to the way you wear it. We don't reshape crowns.
Can I buy a cowboy hat online?
Yes. Cowboy hats hang on the hat wall in the shop, where you can try them on, and you can also buy them online at /collections/cowboy-hats. Bought yours online? Bring it by and we'll brand it and shape the brim, on the house.

Inside Steel & Saddle at Marathon Village, 1200 Clinton St, Suite 21, right outside downtown Nashville. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 10 to 4. Friday and Saturday 10 to 4:30. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
