How the Hat Bar Works

You pick the hat. We help you shape it. Every cowboy hat at Steel & Saddle is available in open crown, which means you get to decide how the brim rolls, how the crown creases, and how the whole thing sits on your head. Our team walks you through the shaping process so you leave with a hat that is yours from the first wear.

If you already know what you want, great. If you have no idea where to start, even better. We will help you figure out whether you are a cattleman, a gus, a pinch front, or something else entirely. We carry 5X wool felt cowboy hats for fall and winter, and lightweight bangora and shantung straw hats for the Tennessee summer.

What We Carry

This is not a tourist hat shop selling cheap costume hats for Broadway bar crawls. Every cowboy hat at Steel & Saddle is built to last. We stock wool felt, straw, and select specialty materials in a range of crown heights and brim widths. Hat bands, feathers, and pins are available to customize your look.
