No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Steel & Saddle, 1200 Clinton St, Suite 21, Marathon Village, Nashville, TN 37203 (the "Sponsor").

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The giveaway begins when it is first announced on steelsaddle.co or on Instagram at @steelsaddle.co and ends on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted.

4. How to enter

On the website. Fill out the entry form at steelsaddle.co/pages/giveaway with your first name, last name and email address, and confirm that you are eligible. Limit one website entry per person and per email address. By entering on the website you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

On Instagram. Follow both @steelsaddle.co and @steelsaddle.nashville, like the giveaway post, and tag two (2) friends in a comment on that post. Each comment that tags two (2) different real Instagram accounts counts as one entry. Your account must be public and must follow both accounts at the time of the drawing so the entry can be verified. Instagram entry does not require an email address or an email signup.

Entries from fake, duplicate or automated accounts, and entries submitted through any script or bot, will be void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes in good faith was made in violation of these rules.

5. Prizes

Grand prize (1). One (1) winner receives a YETI Roadie 15 Hard Cooler, YETI Shot Glasses (set of four), a YETI Rambler® 10 oz Stackable Lowball, a Turtlebox Ranger speaker, and one Steel & Saddle cap and one Steel & Saddle tee in the winner's choice of available styles and sizes. Approximate retail value (ARV): $631 (YETI Roadie 15 Hard Cooler $200, YETI Shot Glasses $60, YETI Rambler 10 oz Stackable Lowball $25, Turtlebox Ranger $250, Steel & Saddle cap $42, Steel & Saddle tee $54).

Second prizes (10). Ten (10) winners each receive one Steel & Saddle cap or one Steel & Saddle tee, winner's choice, from available styles and sizes. ARV: $42 for a cap or $54 for a tee.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,051 to $1,171, depending on the second prize winners' choices.

Limit one prize per person. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a listed item is unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. YETI, Rambler and Turtlebox are trademarks of their respective owners, which are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with this giveaway.

6. How winners are chosen

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible website and Instagram entries combined, on or about November 17, 2026. The grand prize winner is drawn first, followed by the ten second prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. How winners are notified

Website entrants who win will be contacted at the email address they entered with. Instagram entrants who win will be contacted by direct message from the official @steelsaddle.co account only. A winner must reply within 72 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. The Sponsor will never ask a winner for a payment, a password or card details. Any message that does is not from us.

8. Getting your prize

Prizes ship free to an address in the United States, or can be picked up at the Steel & Saddle store in Marathon Village, right outside downtown Nashville. Prizes ship within 30 days of a winner confirming.

9. Instagram

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering on Instagram, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information collected through this giveaway is used to run the giveaway, to contact winners and, for website entrants, to send Steel & Saddle emails, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. General

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
